Project summary:

Fashion From Portugal is a project aimed at promoting the Portuguese textile and clothing industry, and aims to strengthen the external communication of one of the most dynamic and export-oriented sectors of the Portuguese economy, which has emerged stronger following a difficult period of adjustment, restructuring and modernisation, standing out, today, on highly technologically advanced companies, recognised for their know-how, creativity, flexibility and high standards of service, and strongly focused on international markets.

In this context, an international image promotion and communication campaign is planned, with the aim of positioning the textile, clothing and fashion sector in foreign markets, based on new drivers of change that are currently imperative on a global scale, such as technological innovation, design, fashion and service intensity.

The Fashion From Portugal promotional campaign focuses its efforts on four markets: Spain, Germany, the Nordic countries and the United States of America, and on three sub-sectors: fashion and brands, ‘private label’ and home textiles, overlapping locally where it makes the most sense and always coordinated with trade fairs in the relevant markets, thereby capitalising on synergies and maximising the impact of enhanced communication.
