Confye Erasmus+

CONFYE is a strategic partnership bringing together industry associations, vocational education and training (VET) centres, educational regulators and certification bodies in Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic. The project focuses on the fashion, textile and clothing sector.

The main outcome of the CONFYE project will be a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) on career guidance and entrepreneurship, which will support initiatives and projects created by groups of VET students in the different countries, as a way of showcasing their skills and competences to companies in the sector, as well as promoting opportunities to find employment or set up their own business.

The MOOC aims to provide useful training resources for teachers and students and to facilitate the development of students’ projects. These students’ projects will be linked to fashion and will help to promote cultural heritage.

The project aims to directly involve around 100 stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes and to promote these outcomes during the project’s implementation directly to around 600 representatives from the three: teachers and students at VET schools, companies that collaborate with VET schools and are interested in recruiting students into the sector, as well as bodies responsible for setting policies or for implementing them within VET systems.
