The Portuguese Textile and Clothing Association (ATP) invites its members to take part in an online session on the General Anti-Corruption Regime (RGPC), which will take place on 22 January at 10.30 am, and will last approximately 45 minutes.

Led by lawyers from NOVA Legal, Ana Rocha Alves and Rui Neves Ferreira, this session aims to clarify the obligations imposed by the RGPC, the consequences of non-compliance and the steps required to ensure registration on the MENAC Platform by the deadline of 14 February 2025.

1. Understanding the RGPC:
   a) What it is and its purpose.
   b) Legal requirements and key obligations for businesses.

2. Ensuring Compliance:

a) A practical explanation of the measures required to ensure compliance, including:

• - Corruption Risk Prevention Plan (CRPP).
• - Code of Conduct.

- Whistleblowing channels.
- Ongoing training.

3. Avoiding Fines and Consequences:

a) The applicable penalties (up to €44,891.81) in the event of non-compliance.

4. The importance of registering on the MENAC Platform.

5. Question and Answer
Session Participants will have the opportunity to clarify any queries directly with the trainers.
